Women and men LOVE getting Botox.  The injections are comfortable- we use the tiniest of needles!  It takes less than 15 minutes for the entire visit typically.  You can go right back to work or errands. Proven to be safe and effective in reducing the lines in the glabellar region (between the brows).  We also use it for the longer horizontal lines of the forehead and for reducing crows feet.

Many people want to try Botox for the first time because they realize their expression makes them look like they are angry.  They look tired when they look in the mirror. One study has even shown that Botox helps improve mood- more than likely because we look less "down" when we look in the mirror.  Professionals like its effects because it helps them look less harried and more calm.

Though it is possible to create a "plastic" look, our goal is to reduce the frowning appearance and leave some movement for expression.  Results vary and some people need more or less.  Results typically last up to 3 months but may last only 2 months- or as long as 6 months.

We charge by the unit of Botox injected. Many others charge one set fee by the location.  Typically, we start with 20 units for the glabellar region (between the brows).  You may need less than that when we evaluate your anatomy.  After your injection, if you need more to achieve the look you desire, you can return in 10-14 days for a "touch up".  It takes 10 days to see the full effect so it is always better to do too little, than too much, at first.

Juvederm® Filler

Juvederm is a hyaluronic acid that is injected to fill in naso-labial folds, marionette lines, lips and more.  It is temporary but long lasting.  My first clients have found the effects to last 9-15 months. Typically at the end of that time, there is still improvement over baseline.

Juvederm is my choice for a filler because it is smoother in texture and less likely to leave the "lumpy" texture other fillers might.  Also that it is a better value due to its longer lasting effect!
